Research & Develop Dep.

R&D Dept. functions as a heart for Asber engineering; this dept. is responsible for Asber products early stage development, from drawings review, technical analysis, engineering standard set-up to in-house tooling and production trial run, R&D has not only to plan it all but also to put into action.

To streamline the development process with efficiency, working instructions for each production segment are documented for on-site operators' guidance and quality assessments.

Working instructions specify production in sequence from raw production to finished parts.

R&D dept. holds project discussion regularly for individual cases and professional engineering development group will be assigned to treat each product as an important project to work on.
